Research roles

Kato's researchers and builders are nine scheduled AI roles. They watch, study and propose. None of them places a trade.

What they are

Each role is a scheduled AI job with one task: checking health, reading the news, tuning, reporting. Its output is a proposal, logged in public on the live page. The trading code runs every second whether they are thinking or not. See Rules it can't break.

The roles

Opsevery 15 minChecks the data feeds, margin and health of the system, and flags anything off.
Researcherhourly, and on newsReads the news and the calendar (rate decisions, CPI) and can ask for wider prices around them.
AllocatorhourlyDecides how much cash stays on the exchange and how much earns interest elsewhere.
Narratorevery 2 hoursWrites the public log of what Kato has been doing, in plain words.
Tunernightly, 02:00 UTCProposes adjustments to how Kato quotes. Anything outside the allowed range is clamped or refused.
Daily reportdaily, 00:10 UTCSummarises the day: trades, profit, risk, anything unusual.
ScholarSundays, 04:00 UTCStudies the trading literature and turns ideas into hypotheses Kato can test.
